You can delete your Vulpes Corsac account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
In the app
- Open the Vulpes Corsac app and tap Menu.
- Tap App settings & notifications.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm. If you aren't signed in, the app asks you to sign in first.
Without the app
Email info@vulpescorsac.pk from the email address on your account, or message us on WhatsApp (0310 5727773), and ask us to delete your account.
What is deleted
We permanently delete your customer account, saved addresses, marketing preferences and the app's notification token. We confirm by email within 7 days.
Order records we must keep for tax and accounting are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
